What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform client consultations, generate sales, and meet targets
- Answer and screen calls and schedule and manage appointments for the clinical team
- Provide a professional, friendly experience for all clients and visitors, whether via phone, online, or in person
- Checking clients in and out; billing
- Knowledgeable on all medical spa services and retail products
- Assist in scheduling client follow-up visits
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow-up calls, and appointment confirmations
- Prepare daily financial and end-of-day closing reports
- Effectively manage inventory
- Clinic opening and closing
- Promote clinic services and products
- Other varied duties as requested by senior management
- Two or more years of recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical or medical spa, or hotel/hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success and knowledge of the entire sales process, starting with lead nurturing through to closing the sale
- The ability to provide a complete client solution, not just one service, to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- Customer service and retail experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
