Merchandising Field Execution Internship – 12-month contract

We’re looking for a motivated Merchandising Field Execution Intern to join the Canadian team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful “hands on” work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the National Field Execution Specialist, this role will see you contributing to iconic brands such as Covergirl and Kylie Cosmetics.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be exposed to a wide range of merchandising & Field Execution activities and cross-functional teams. You will primarily be responsible for:
-Collaborating with 3rd party merchandising companies to deliver best in class merchandising
-Managing P.O. creation and tracking for in-store merchandising materials
-Creating seasonal merchandising tools in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team
-Managing Retailer new store opening and renovation requests
-Collaborating with fixture suppliers on production schedule and fixture shipments
-Supporting cross-functional teams (Sales/Marketing) with in-field merchandising requests as needed
-Supporting the Field Execution and Visual Merchandising teams as needed
 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, with strong organizational skills as well as the ability to respond quickly to multiple demands.

Qualifications/Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree an asset
-1-2 years experience with an in-store merchandising company, with cosmetic reline experience an asset
-MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
-Nice to have: French language skills
