Merchandising Support Lead

Summary:

Reporting to the Merchandise Sourcing Manager, the Merchandising Support Lead/Dual Banner Lead is responsible for leading and supervising all dual banner functions, including: Flyer compilation, upload, pricing alignment, SKU maintenance and creation, and company reports.

Location: This is a hybrid position that requires travel to the office at 25 De Baets St., Winnipeg, MB on days scheduled to work onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the flyer program for Bass Pro Shops Canada retail stores
• SKU Maintenance and creation
• Engage in pricing alignment
• Create and maintain various reports
• Manage communication from the retail stores, Canadian and US corporate offices
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic continuous improvement environment
• Experience using JDA (Felix), and DOMO
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
• Experience using SAP
• Able to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner
