The opportunity:
Utilize industry best practices to install, configure, administer, support, and maintain the data center, network, cloud, and VoIP IT infrastructure.
Conduct reviews of suspicious activity, participate in audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance controls programs.
Responsible for working with the following IT systems: Microsoft Azure, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Windows, Fortinet (Switches, Next-Generation Firewalls, Wireless APs, Endpoint Security), and several Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Communicate and translate technical concept effectively into business language.
Provide end-user technical support and expertise to business partners throughout the organization.
Foster collaborative relationships with end-users, technology and business partners, and business units.
You have:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum five years of work experience managing data center, network, and cloud infrastructure in a medium-to-large corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and networking.
Certifications such as Fortinet and Microsoft Azure are considered an asset.
