Job description

As a key analytical member of the Global Compensation team and reporting directly to the Director, Global Compensation, the Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the review and analysis of activities related to CGI compensation programs – including salary, short-term incentive, and other monetary and non-monetary rewards plans.

Work experience
- A post-secondary student who is in the process of obtaining, this summer, or has obtained in the past 12 months, a degree in a related quantitative science field (compensation, computer science, statistics, mathematics or economics)."
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global customers.
- Excellent command of Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
- 1-2 years' experience in reporting and data analysis.
- You must be able to manage different priorities, work under pressure and treat all information confidentially.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and good judgment.
- Customer focus, professionalism, interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Experience in the compensation field would be an asset.
