We are looking for an office administrator/bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a flexible, hard-working individual with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining company accounts and records using QuickBooks Desktop
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end preparations
- Payroll processing
- Assisting with employee benefit administration
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and staff
- General office administration and reception duties including answering phones/doors, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing mail

- Clerical and administrative support for management and office staff
- Office cleaning, organizing and filing
Requirements:
- Proven office experience and knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data entry and payroll processing an asset
- Work well with multiple team members
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
