We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/ Project Administrator to join our team. As an Office/ Project Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our office and projects. Your main duties will include:
- Assist Project Team with coordination, scheduling, other admirative tasks
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with suppliers
- Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with budgeting and expense tracking
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Developing and implementing training programs for staff
- Maintaining organized filing systems for documents and records
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Strong team management skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Proficiency in file organization and record keeping
- Budgeting experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in the Electrical Industry is a plus
