- Previous experience as a door attendant or in a similar role is required
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are required
- Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, and phone etiquette is beneficial
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is desirable
- Experience in a guest services environment is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations
