Part-time Café Worker

Hello! Snowday is a Korean dessert cafe that sells shaved ice and various other Korean desserts. We are hiring for our downtown Church St location.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve bingsu, cakes, croffles, etc, and beverages
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating orders
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
