Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems, office equipment, and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
