Insight is seeking a Business Development Manager to support our Eaton business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing product expertise, managing operations, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the Eaton business.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and programs that align with business objectives.
Product Expertise:

-Develop a deep understanding of Eaton's products and solutions to effectively position them to customers.
-Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
-Work closely with Eaton to identify new product opportunities and provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
Operations:

-Manage the day-to-day operations where required of the Eaton business, including order management, inventory management, and logistics.
-Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
-Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Marketing:

-Support marketing strategies to promote Eaton's products and solutions to customers.
-Aid in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and events that support the Eaton business.
What you need to succeed
style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
-Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends
-Experience in selling IT solutions, products, and services.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong project management and organizational skills
