About the opportunity

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing plans with Ceridian’s HR Consulting, Advisory and Broker partner network across North America and EMEA. You will collaborate closely with the Channel Success Directors, the broader marketing team, and our partners, to support the growth of the partner business.

This role will cover a variety of demand generation tactics, including joint activities such as trade shows, regional events, webinars and speaking engagements, social media campaigns, content development and promotion, corporate events, as well as internal marketing/awareness and more.

This person will also be responsible for executing a content and marketing plan thru various partner-associations such as Zywave, Shortlister and Worldwide Broker Network (WBN).

This growing team is looking for a professional, effective, and entrepreneurial partner marketer with:

  • A successful track record of planning, executing, and measuring successful partner marketing plans and activities.
  • The ability to manage relationships confidently and professionally with various internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience collaborating with HR Consultants, Advisors, Brokers is a bonus, but not a necessity. Example partners include: Hackett Group, USI, Hub, iBTR.
What you'll get to do

  • Act as the primary marketing contact with key partners to co-create & execute high impact, joint marketing plans to support the partner network goals, mostly to generate new pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Ceridian marketing team to proactively integrate partners into existing Ceridian-led marketing motions.
  • Deliver compelling co-brandable marketing content, programs and assets to encourage partner-led activities.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and regional marketing managers for local execution of those plans.
  • Manage and track results against KPIs and goals & recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all Ceridian partner and partner-driven marketing material aligns with the Ceridian and Ceridian Partner Network brand and messaging.

Skills and Experience we value

  • 4-8 years partner marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent people skills with an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and a professional maturity suitable for a B2B environment.
  • Experience in building consensus and collaborating with groups to get things done.
  • Ability to deliver and take initiative with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative, fast paced, changing environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams and individuals across business units.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
