As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our valued customers. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in pharmacy technician, patient care, medication administration, medical terminology, or experience in a hospital setting.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, patient care, medication administration, and medical terminology is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate scanning and pricing of items
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change
