To work with adults who have aged out of care between the ages of 18 to 26 years old. Clients will reside on reserve and may require assistance. Offer supports and programs to the clients that they may require. Prepare case plans for the clients and assist them in their goals with counselling, education, post secondary, life skills, financial literacy etc. Refer clients to agencies and organizations that may be able to assist them with their case plan. Must be a team player and work with Protection and prevention departments. Other duties as assigned.
