You will be responsible for:
- Development and maintenance of platform that supervises windows servers and applications
- Running platform on SCOM and integrating with ServiceNow by home-grown developed connectors and automation solutions
- Implementation your own ideas, creation new solutions and customization existing scripts using PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Focusing on automation, further grow and development of our monitoring platform
- On daily basis communicating/coordinating actions with the 3rd parties worldwide during many exciting and meaningful projects.
Our requirements:
- Excellent abilities of scripting in PowerShell is a must
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1)
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server, administration & fix of operating systems, custom applications and tools
- Diagnosing, resolving and delivering root cause analysis for automatic alerts, issues and incidents
- Identifying & investigating repeated issues and collaborating with other support groups (i.e. network, server, AD)
- Ability to analyze system logs, events and monitoring alerts and to handle and resolve incident, problem and change tickets
- Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is a strong advantage
