The Pre-Sales Network Architect acts as a bridge between delivery and sales by assisting the sales organization to sell what we have the capability to deliver, and ensuring the quality of the delivered solution once the business has been sold. The position is also responsible to contribute to the development and invention of new network solutions that deliver business value to ISMs customers.
The position interfaces with all affected stakeholders both internal and external to ISM in a matrix environment. This role is subject to regular business working conditions and occasional travel is a requirement of the role. This role is also expected to evolve as ISMs business evolves.
The successful candidate will be a results-oriented IT professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proven interpersonal and communication skills. They must have a demonstrated ability to deliver to client needs, often under tight timelines, to meet or exceed client expectations; and a deep knowledge and proven skills in network routing, switching, automation, transport and cloud infrastructure.
NOTE: the preferred location for this position is Saskatchewan, Alberta or Ontario; however, the location will also be dependent on the location of the successful candidate.
