Program & Budget Coordinator (Hybrid)

As the Program and Budget Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, updating and analyzing the budget for a line of products. You will analyze promotions data and assist with procurement. You will also assist in research and analyses of pricing roadmaps, business planning and market data in order to ensure that Canon is meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a budget for a line of products by consolidating information and update the budget as per the company schedule
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances between forecasts and actuals and provide detailed analyses and recommendations to improve future budget accuracy
  • Review and analyze promotion data in order to make recommendations that will drive business results
  • Assist in market data research, business planning and analysis of pricing roadmaps in order for the Company to achieve sales goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations

To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Post-secondary education in Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
  • Less than 12 months of related work experience
  • Excellent computer/technical skills to use vlookups, pivot tables and if-statements in Excel, and create PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to balance projects and assignments, and meet budget cycle timelines
  • Good analytical skills are required to assess sales and inventory forecasts, gather information from sales and marketing, and create reports
  • Project and process management skills to document Standard Operating Procedures
