ADGA has a current opportunity for a Project Manager - CRM who will be responsible for leading a Client Relationship Management (CRM) program. Working with management, functional and technical teams and consultants, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating, all the activities required for projects. The Project Manager works to define and clarify project scope and objectives and develop strategies to successfully achieve project results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to management and project team on the delivery of enterprise CRM projects;
- Work with business project managers, ITS enterprise application leadership and infrastructure leadership to ensure coordinated planning and execution;
- Facilitate the development of guidelines;
- Lead multi-faceted project team and leadership in developing a project strategy;
- Create, maintain, and monitor project plan and schedule, risk management logs, change logs and communication plans;
- Collaborate with project administration staff in maintaining budget and contracts;
- Facilitate and manage communications and relationships with project team, vendors and executives;
- Leads development of tools that would be used by the project team to support their project planning and implementation processes;
- Maintain project documentation and project repository; and
- Adhere to Humber’s PMO guidelines and procedures.
- Degree, or equivalent, in a computer related area and continued education in current information technology, business analysis, project management, or information management science;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
- Experience in CRM and/or ERP systems;
- Experience in higher education or public sector is preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience working with an ERP/Enterprise level user community and sponsors; and
- Experience leading diverse project teams, lead status meetings and presenting to senior leadership.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability of providing leadership to a diverse project team and communicate with senior leadership;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to write high quality project documents such as project plans, risk management plans, communication plans, status reports and presentations;
- Excellent presentation, interviewing, facilitating, and negotiating skills;
- Superior meeting and time management skills;
- Proficient in the direct management of cross-functional project teams; and
- Proficient with project management tools.
