Property Restoration Field Technician

As a Field Technician, you play an integral role assisting us in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service with our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in mitigation and remediation activities such as water extraction, demolition, debris disposal, and basic construction.
• Assist in Pack out,moving and resetting contents.
• Assist in cleaning.
• Assist the Carpenters and Technicians as needed.
• Light and Heavy lifting.
• Equipment set up and remove.
• Ensure customer service excellence.
• Able to work alone and also be a team player.
• Be responsible for maintaining a safe job site at all times.
• Participate in the on-call rotation (this may on occasion include after-hours call-outs on evenings & weekends).

Education and Experience

• Experience in restoration is an asset.
• Strong motivational skills.
• An ability to use common hand and power tools.
• An ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean criminal record as it relates to work.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Related IICRC qualifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT, WRT) are a valuable asset, but DKI-Restore is also willing to assist the right individuals in becoming certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
