Today, I am recruiting a testing and migration coordinator for one of my great clients located on the North Shore of Montreal.
This is a one-year temporary contract with the possibility of renewal and transition to permanent if necessary.

* Develop the project quality strategy: prioritization, responsibilities, levels, cycles and types of tests, estimation of required resources, tools and monitoring, patch management, etc.
* Assist in planning and preparing the data needed for different testing strategies
* Work with all stakeholders to prioritize and schedule tests to meet the project plan;
* Provide excellent support/coaching to users for the preparation and execution of their tests
* Collaborate with the supplier and developer team to track fixes
* Develop and publish metrics
*Produce test reports and KPIs
* Plan and coordinate the migration strategy with the different stakeholders
* Lead meetings to understand the use of data and clarify migration needs
* Ensure that the requirements are understood and usable by the teams
* Coordinate data migration audits, data reconciliation and produce exception reports
* Develop and publish metrics on data to be migrated/archived

* Diploma in information system management, business, engineering or equivalent diploma;
* 3 years minimum experience as a Test Coordinator in a large company including:
* Experience writing test cases, use cases, requirements and design documents
* Maintain traceability of test cases to requirements
* Prepare test data, run tests, check results
* Have planned a testing strategy for large-scale projects;
* Have participated in the migration strategy during a major project
* Have participated in the complete life cycle of at least 3 major projects
* Experience in ERP implementation;
* Experience in deploying new methodologies, training and support in a professional and technical environment
* Experience in the automotive sector or within a similar manufacturing company (Asset)
* Hold a certification in test management (ISTQB or QAI) - Asset
* Experience in agile delivery
