Receptionist

Are you a vibrant, outgoing individual with a knack for creating memorable first impressions? We're on the hunt for a Front Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Prepary. If you're enthusiastic, organized, and have a passion for excellent customer service, we want to meet you!

Duties

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage appointments and all customer inquiries
• Answer phone calls and reply accordingly to emails
• Provide information about our services, products, and promotions
• Assist in maintaining the salon's overall cleanliness and organization
• Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and proper phone handling procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work two (2) Saturday shifts per month
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Proficient in office software applications/appointment booking software is a plus

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
