Receptionist / Float

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Dental Receptionist/Floater to add on to our existing team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and be familiar with all aspects of a dental office.

Job description includes:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and correspondence
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow.

- Dental Floater on Mondays and Receptionist on Thursdays and Fridays.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist and float preferred. Must be a certified dental assistant.

-Experience with ABLEDent a plus.

- Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must understand dental terminology and procedures.
