Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Recruitment Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis.

What you’ll do:
Become a member of a high functioning team that offers people valuable opportunities to find their purpose within a community focused organization through a high-quality recruitment experience!
You will provide leadership and guidance to a Talent Acquisition team to ensure high quality and innovative recruitment practices are consistently established, implemented, and aligned with business needs. You will oversee, recommend, and implement, in consultation with key stakeholders, systems and processes to attract, assess and hire, top talent across FCL or Local Co-ops.

  • You will lead initiatives that create a culture to leverage FCL brand and best practices.
  • You will drive team performance to deliver on key metrics that align with business goals to enhance employee experience.
  • You will lead a team of recruitment professionals in a designated pod, liaising with key stakeholders throughout FCL and local Co-ops to determine hiring requirements through frequent and open communication.
  • You will lead the full cycle recruitment and selection process for executive-level positions at FCL or local Co-ops.
  • You will lead, coach, mentor and develop team members supporting talent acquisition activities and oversee related project execution.
  • You will analyze metrics such as KPIs and achievement of service level agreements to assess the progress in meeting strategic business objectives

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma with a preference for Business, Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • You have 5-10 years of progressively responsible recruitment or HR experience. Superior knowledge and proficiency in full-cycle recruitment required (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You have 3-5 years of leadership experience in a HR function.
  • You must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish and maintain credibility with audiences at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen is essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead a team and influence peers.
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
