Role of a Sales Administrator
Sales Administrator Role Overview

The Sales Administrator role is designed to ensure the Corporate Objectives of maximizing profitability and Owner, Guest & Staff happiness for their resort. This position is key to filling the resorts, generating fees and sales-related revenue while establishing positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills

A Sales Administrator should possess strong time management skills with the ability to perform multiple revenue generating opportunities and providing resort support with potential owners, existing owners and rental guests. They should possess the tools to effectively self-manage their revenue generation activities according to the minimum performance expectations.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities

The Sales Administrator is to ensure the maximum profitability of a recreational cottage purchase while providing customer satisfaction through high standards of service. They are also responsible for accurate completion of all sales related administration and paperwork and document requirements including:
PROFITABILITY

Revenue:
1. Recreational Cottage Sales Revenue
2. Aftersales and Add-On Revenue
3. Care Free Revenue
4. Extended Warranty Revenue
5. Promotions Revenue

Administration:
1. Deal Management process within and outside of Elite Parks
2. Inventory Management (with support of General / Sales Manager)
3. Reports
4. Lead Management
5. Aftersales Management
