Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all restaurant guests
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (Servers Only)
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions (Servers Only)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue (Servers Only)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- For Servers, some previous experience in the food industry is required (Must have Smart Serve)
- For Cooks, minimum 5 years of kitchen experience required (Must have Food Handlers Certificate)
- For Pizza Makers, minimum 2 years of pizza making experience required (Must have Food Handlers Certificate)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude (Servers Only)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing (Servers Only)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change (Servers Only)
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
