JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
J&F Distributors invites applications for an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Representative.
As part of the Copperside Foods Organization, our J&F division is in the hub of Northern British Columbia. Duties: Reporting to the Vice President Wholesale Division, the Sales Representative sells products to new and existing customers. They build relationships with customers, pitch products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact customers throughout the sales process, and answer any questions customers have about the product. Sales Representatives find new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling
Key accountabilities during this appointment will include:
-achieving existing or growth targets
-on site customer visits- covering area from Prince Rupert to Houston BC
-establishing new accounts
-maintain established accounts
-taking orders
-merchandising
-marketing for corporate accounts
-promotion of new products
-coverage for other sales staff
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
-High school completion
-Class 5 license and an excellent driving record (required)
-3 years driving experience (required)
-1 years. sales experience (preferred)
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-Exhibits the desired behaviors that supports the Copperside vision and philosophies
-lift to 50 pounds.
-Exceptional customer service
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-directedness
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities and assignments

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, and to respond adaptively to evolving and emerging priorities

$44,720.00-$60,320.00
