Saw Operators are skilled operators of highly technical machinery and need to work safely and accurately. A typical career step is to work in a supervisory role on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the saw
- Communicates schedules and deadlines needed to meet production targets
- Ensures those working in proximity to the saw are aware of all safety protocols and follow them
Requirements:
- Safety mindset
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in hot, cold and variable temperatures
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
