Senior Manager, Enterprise Investments

The Senior manager, Enterprise investments, will work closely with the Commercial office leadership team and other executives, to manage our Enterprise level portfolio of investments. The successful candidate will lead all activities of the Investment council, a forum of cross-functional executives, whose mandate is to the driving force to orchestrate, optimize and protect the value creation of our enterprise investments.

Position Responsibilities:

• Structure and facilitate organizational processes for the selection and prioritization of Entreprise level investments, working in collaboration with Product and functional leaders
• Lead all activities of the Investment Council to achieve organizational alignment towards the delivery of the value-creation plan
• Orchestrate enterprise-level capacity planning, dependency management, proactive risks and issues identification, and development of response plans, in order to optimize and protect the value creation of our investments
• Identify and manage dependencies and cross-product dependencies and efficiency opportunities
• Work with Finance and Technology to establish and maintain budget allocation and consumption tracking and reporting, the Entreprise Innovation Fund
• Establish and maintain monitoring and executive reporting to assess progress against our Entreprise investments plan and Innovatoin fund, and facilitate processes to recommend changes to plan

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of Project, Program or Product management experience
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess progress to plan
• Critical thinker able to consider and evaluate various solutions to a problem
• Flexibility to handle rapid change
• Ability to lead through influence
• University degree in Technology or business-related fields
• Project or Program management designation an asset
• Bilingualism an asset
