As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Planning you will have overall accountability for all marketing planning, strategy and campaign delivery and will oversee multi-media and multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs for all insurance and investment products for the enterprise.
How you will create impact:
- Developing, supervising, and executing annual marketing plans and managing marketing strategies across all business lines, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Developing, managing, and executing growth-oriented marketing strategies and initiatives.
Building strong operating models to apply best practices across the enterprise and liaising with executives on strategy and product level initiatives.
Offering cross-functional leadership and acting as marketing lead at key stakeholder meetings.
Coaching and developing your team, recruiting, and selecting talent, managing, and rewarding performance, and fostering an agile culture to deliver on strategic objectives.

To join our team:
You have 12-15 years of senior management experience in Marketing or Communications and have previous people leadership experience.
You have expertise in planning and executing marketing strategies/campaigns, budget management and strong understanding of targeted omni-channel media tactics.
You have diverse experience across multiple marketing disciplines such as strategy and planning, digital marketing, and acquisition and growth marketing strategies.
You have strong multi-media, integrated marketing experience including print, radio, TV, outdoor and digital.
You have a strategic and analytical mindset with strong performance marketing skillset.
Past work experience in insurance and financial services industry is an asset.
You have a post-secondary degree. * Having a Marketing/Digital Marketing degree or the Chartered Marketer (CM) designation is an asset.
