Senior Security Consultant

Location: Toronto

The Senior Security Consultant is responsible for ensuring the enterprise's security capabilities are up-to-date and efficient, ensuring the enterprise's security solutions complement its business objectives. The Senior Security Consultant is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of complex IT security solutions onto existing security IT infrastructure. The Senior Security Consultant has an innate understanding of complex business needs and addresses them with expert-level technical and methodological solutions.

• Demonstrated experience providing over-the-phone support to clients and other departments.
• Demonstrated experience in developing process improvement initiatives.
• Transform difficult and complex technical ideas and topics into clear and relevant business ideas and concepts

You Have:

• Post-secondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure and Operations.
• An understanding of mission critical applications and be able to assess the risk and impact associated with change
• An excellent understanding of PAM tools is required, experience with CyberArk is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as: CISSP (or others from ISC2), CISA (or others from ISACA), GIAC (or others from SANS), OCSP or others.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring systems and components.
• Extensive Knowledge of sophisticated security infrastructures required.
• Experience operating in ITIL Framework for Change, incident, and problem management.
