As a Senior Talent Programs Consultant specializing in Performance Management, Career Management, Engagement, and Succession Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our talent ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing performance management frameworks, facilitating career development initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless succession planning process. Leveraging your expertise, you will align individual aspirations with organizational objectives, fostering an agile and growth mindset culture. Collaborating with HRBPs as well as diverse cross-functional stakeholders you'll lead change management efforts and contribute to the career development of team members.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto, ON office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Talent Programs.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Contribute in developing, implementing and continually enhancing a multi-year Talent and/or OD Program strategic plan in partnership with the Talent Leadership
Assess, develop, design, implement, manage, administer, evaluate and project manage scalable, the best and sustainable organizational-wide Talent programs, processes and tools
Develop and maintain robust documentation of project plans, documents/tools/job aids, processes and continuous improvement opportunity plans for each Talent program
Establish, write and implement communication plans and change management enterprise-wide plans through various channels for each Talent program, to influence the effective application of program methodologies
Design, develop, manage and optimize existing technology, specific to Talent programs, through reporting, data analytics and insights to enhance business leader and HR team decision-making (E.g. dashboards, presentations to various levels of stakeholders)
Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement the right mix of other talent technologies that support the employee experience and further the digitalization and simplification of HR; defines and communicates program business needs for technological functionality design; develops and executes strategies to support the adoption of digital talent management solutions
Regularly research best external and Agile Talent Management and OD practices and new, innovative techniques; evaluate existing Talent solutions against these best practices and trends; continually enhance programs
Collaborate and provide consultation both within (E.g. HRBPs, other T&OD colleagues, etc.) and outside of HR to ensure a seamless and holistic experience for clients.
This role will majorly focus on Career management, Talent Review and Succession Planning.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
University Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development or a related field of study
3+ years of work experience within a corporate environment in Human Resources, with a primary focus and expertise in Talent Management/Development and/or Organizational Development
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word)
Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and knowledge of other talent management platforms
Strong understanding of change management principles and their application in talent management space
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable talent strategies
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
Nice-to-have...
CHRP/CHRL and Change Management Certification or equivalent is considered an asset
Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset
