We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Clerk to join our team. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell products to customers
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
