Description

In this role, you will:
-Be responsible for the delivery of safety-related training to site personnel through a variety of methods, providing coaching and feedback, evaluating on-the-job performance while identifying training gaps, and providing general support to the training team as required
-Maintain good communication and co-operation with various sites, departments and stakeholders to ensure regulatory training requirements and operational goals are achieved.
-Support Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) through various administrative functions
-Assist with the maintenance of Camecos Learning Management System (LMS)
-Continuously identify opportunities for improvement
Required:  
-Minimum Grade 12 education, diploma or certificate in a related field is considered an asset
-Minimum seven years of relevant work experience. Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
-Strong presentation and communication skills are essential
-Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
-Previous industrial and underground work experience
-Working knowledge of adult learning principles, adult education
-Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional
-Understand all aspects of the Systematic Approach to Training and be able to perform these functions
-Experience in SAP
