RocketBarn Marketing, a digital marketing agency that serves franchise brands across North America, is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Advertising Manager to join our team. With a focus on the franchise industry, RocketBarn Marketing excels in managing campaigns at both the national brand level (franchisor) and the local business level (franchisee). We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record of success in managing Social Media ad campaigns, and an interest in scaling campaigns across multi-location businesses.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Advertising Manager at RocketBarn Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective advertising strategies across various Social Media platforms for our franchise clients. You will work closely with our internal team and franchise brands to understand their objectives and target audiences, then leverage your expertise to create compelling ad campaigns that drive results. Additionally, we are looking for someone that has some experience managing people and an interest in growing and managing teams as the company continues to grow in the near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Social Media Advertising strategies tailored to the needs of franchise brands, considering both national and local objectives.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns across popular Social Media platforms, which may include but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape specific to franchise industries.
  • Collaborate closely with our client-facing Marketing Advisors and franchise clients to define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics for both national and local campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization at both national and local levels.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve franchise clients' objectives across multiple locations.
  • Prepare to lead and mentor a team of advertising specialists in the near future; providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign strategies tailored to franchise brands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Social Media Advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency setting and experience serving franchise brands or multi-location businesses.
  • Proven track record of success in driving results through Social Media Advertising, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques for franchise brands or multi-location businesses at the local business level.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular Social Media platforms and their advertising capabilities, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience managing people or teams, with strong leadership and communication skills, particularly in the context of serving business owners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights specific to franchise industries.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
