Position Overview: As a Social Media Specialist at Dex Clothing, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and engaging with our diverse community of fashion enthusiasts. This is part-time and requires a commitment of 10-15 hours per week, providing valuable hands-on experience in Social Media management.

Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging content for our Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

- Assist in developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

- Monitor Social Media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:

- Recent graduate (degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred).

- Passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current industry trends.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with major Social Media platforms and a creative eye for visual content.

- Proficient in Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite, and possess photography knowledge.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
