Job description

Software Lifecycle Analyst
Our goal is to be the best software management partner in Canada; the go-to for customers when they think of managing their digital assets through the lifecycle of acquisition, consumption, management, optimization, and disposition. Managing the software lifecycle cadence with customers is critical to ensuring their satisfaction, and retention of their software business. To support this objective, Compugen is making a strategic investment to hire Software Lifecycle Analysts to enable this part of the business.
Working with Compugen’s extended Software team, the Software Lifecycle Analyst is the primary role that ensures we are meeting customer KPIs and SLAs. The Software Analyst works with all of Compugen’s resources to make sure that we are responding to customer requests in a timely manner and engages resources from Compugen and the software publishers as appropriate to facilitate.
Responsibilities
This role requires working primarily with Compugen’s extended software team to ensure we are meeting customer KPIs and SLAs and delivering results with quality. The Software Lifecycle Analyst will engage customer and Compugen resources as required to manage and improve the customers software procurement, track progress on all requirements, and report back to the customer throughout the process, ensuring alignment of business goals to outcomes at each stage.
Key to the role is delivery of monthly reviews and quarterly updates to customers participating in the Software Lifecycle process.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Generate and present KPI and success data to customers
  • Engage Compugen resources in a timely manner to participate in new and renewal opportunities
  • Use propensity data to identify opportunities to sell new and renewal software
  • Gain customer commitment and participation in monthly and quarterly activities
  • Work with Compugen and publisher business units to align people to activities
Qualifications
  • Broad understanding of publisher programs and partner compensation models, with a focus on top industry publishers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Commvault, etc.
  • Ability to understand data and drive actions based on quantitative and qualitative insights/trends
  • Ability to determine problem areas and recommend solutions
  • General business financial acumen
  • Ability to represent Compugen with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work and facilitate in a team environment
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
