We are looking for an organized and down-to-earth individual who can provide Software Support, training and Account Management for our software users.
This position will involve various Software Support, training and Account Management-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should have:
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-The ability to learn software and technology tools quickly
-Basic accounting knowledge is considered an asset
Some work details entail:
-Collaborating on customer projects
-Ongoing support follow-up and other client service-related tasks
-Training new and existing users on how to use our software
-Working as part of a team in the office three days a week and from home two days a week using our technology tool stack
On-the-job training will be provided to become proficient with our internal software, processes, and custom-developed software modules.
Full Time Position: 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
