Job Description

Equinox seeks a Spa Desk Manager on Duty for its state-of-the-art location in Miami-Brickell (located in Four Seasons Miami)

The Spa Desk Manager on Duty is a results-oriented leader- energetic, creative, and enthusiastic. The Spa Manager makes a direct impact on a growing and dynamic organization.Â

The Spa Desk Manager on Duty directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence. Â

Our philosophy embraces a well-rounded approach to results, where Spa constitutes an essential element of recovery. Our team is a collaboration of acclaimed holistic health professionals, influential specialists, and outstanding spa therapists that are selected from across the globe to create exclusive treatments to revive from the inside out. Our expert therapists provide signature massages to ensure members feel completely rejuvenated for future training. If it’s relaxation you’re after, our signature facials replenish the skin leaving a healthy glow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
• Scheduling Desk Staff
• Coaching of staffÂ
• Customer Service Â
• Retail revenue goals
• Direct client outreach  Â
• Direct client in-reachÂ
• Product inventory

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• 1-2 years of customer service experienceÂ
• Minimum 4 days per week commitment required
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Must be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industry
• Must be able to multi-task
• Be able to utilize new techniques and ideas
