Job Description: 3sHealth is looking for a Specialist, Employee Benefits, to join our team.
The Specialist plays an important role on Employee Benefits teams as the subject matter expert on the insurance and benefit programs 3sHealth administers, responding to complex inquiries, as well as providing ongoing coaching and support to team members. As the Specialist, Employee Benefits, you will also be responsible for preparing training materials, standard work, and other procedures to support employees' learning and development. You will play an active role in ensuring quality service and consistent application of service standards in the daily work of the team.
Our successful candidate will have experience in benefit administration, insurance, or claims management; post-secondary education; the ability to develop and build relationships; and the ability to coach and motivate employees to achieve success.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Three to six years' experience in the administration of benefit plans, the insurance industry, or claims management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
