Captive is looking for an outgoing and influential person to help attract top-tier talent for our event marketing teams in Regina and Saskatoon.
Were seeking someone whos a natural leader amongst friends, and in the community and a self-starter (takes initiative). This is a very social and fast-paced environment and our team members must have the personality to thrive in it.
The role of the staffing coordinator is to hire, maintain, and train event marketing staff upwards of 200 part-time event marketing staff. In addition to managing our staff, we want someone who can help build our culture and create a fun and engaging experience for staff that helps attract more talent.
