The Role
Camecos business process and applications (BP&A) group implement corporate-wide business applications, strategies, and processes that facilitate Camecos quest for quality and continuous improvement. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working team player to join the applications team to support our exciting large new Success Factors landscape. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop cloud technology skills and interact with the business to identify their needs and provide innovative solutions.
In this role, you will:
-Provide end user technical support to our HR department on the existing HR process areas, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, WorkForce time management, compensation, recruitment and Onboarding etc.
-participate in SuccessFactors Regular Release strategy
-design and implement system enhancements along with business process improvements
Required:  
-Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field
-A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and supporting HRIS
-Relevant SAP SuccessFactors technical administration experience
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Business process knowledge in human resources
-Can define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis  
-Strong analytical skill, problem solving, coordination, working closely with with customers, senior stakeholders.
