Housekeepers are responsible for servicing guest units in accordance with department procedures, including cleaning, replenishing supplies, exchanging towels and linens, and preparing units for the next guest’s arrival. The summer season begins in June and ends in early September.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest units while keeping up with standards set by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Viewing all unit types and understanding the amenities in the building
- Understanding how everything operates in all guest rooms (fireplace, windows, etc.)
- Understanding the mountain and Village layout and being able to give directions
- Performing laundry duties
- Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
- Ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Assisting guests with all questions and reasonable requests
- Following all health and safety protocols and procedures
- Ensuring accurate information is provided to all clients with respect to all Big White and Central Reservations products
- Assisting with any other reasonable request made by a Central Reservations Manager
Required qualifications/skills:
- Great attention to detail

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
