Job Description
What you can expect in a typical day:
As a summer student with Irving Oil you will have an opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment with one of Canada’s Top 100 employers! This role will help you understand the implications of various collective bargaining relationships, trade union agreements and their associated impacts and provide support and guidance on these matters to the Labour Relations Manager, Supply Management, and the Saint John refinery. You will have the opportunity to work directly with suppliers, see Irving Oil from a unique perspective, and explore Labour Relations as a career choice.

Education & Experience:
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations program, completing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study
Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school in the Fall 2023
