Summer Student Visitor Centre Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Summer Student Information Centre Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to our visitors and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors to the centre
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with visitors

- Proficient with computer programs: microsoft office, adobe photoshop

- Social media experience

- Between the ages of 16 - 30 years of age, with a driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
