Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- In charge of all supplies for all locations: sorting, ordering, delivering.
- Coordinate daily employee scheduling.
- Assist with employee training and development programs.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Human Resources Coordinator or in a related administrative position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other payroll software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette.
