Sweet Maker/ Halwaai

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sweet Maker/Halwaai to join our team. As a Sweet Maker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Indian sweets and desserts. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of Indian sweets and desserts, following traditional recipes and techniques
- Measure and mix ingredients to create the perfect consistency and flavor
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and stovetops
- Decorate sweets with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during the preparation and storage of sweets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of sweets
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their sweet selection

Requirements:
- Expert in making sweets, working in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or sweet shop
- Knowledge of Indian sweets and desserts, including their ingredients and preparation methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per year
