Technical Writer

Our client’s Digital Innovation & Strategy department are creating new Information Technology knowledge base articles for end users. They are seeking a motivated and experienced technical writer to join their team to help develop all necessary documentation.
Key Work Profile
- Design, write, revise and edit of technical and promotional papers (i.e., application papers, product descriptions, catalogs, manuals/guides, commercial applications, brochures and product articles).
- Analyze and interpret data to determine appropriate syntax, style, and grammatical usage for information produced on hard copy or electronic medium.
- Provide superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Key Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical writing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication
- Expert with use of Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert in Microsoft 365 suite
- 2+ years experience in Information Technology sector.
