If you're ready for a new challenge, Crestline is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Engineering Team. This role will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for current and new products.
As the Technical Writer, you will be responsible to:
- Write, edit, and format operators manuals for current and new products
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
- Collaborate with engineering and graphic designers to include diagrams, schematics, illustrations, photographs, and video to enhance the clarity of content
- Review and revise existing manuals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current product features
- Create a library for technical content to maximize consistency and re-use of material
As the Technical Writer, you will bring:

- Bachelors degree or certificate in Technical Writing or a technology Degree/Diploma in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of experience in writing technical documentation
- Proficiency in using document authoring software
- Proven experience in dealing effectively with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, production and customer care
