As part of redefining the IT Operating Model, we want to support technology to operate as an effective business, define and communicate the IT vision and articulate to the business the value IT services deliver. How you will create impact:
Provide thought leadership in the definition of Business Management and Solution Delivery process maturity governance, Target Operating Model (TOM) and an executable roadmap.
Develop overall strategies in keeping with the Business Management and Solution Delivery vision that is aligned with the business in order to reduce complexity and maximize cost effectiveness of the investment.
Lead analysis of industry and technology trends to determine their potential impact on Business Management and Solution Delivery architecture. Solution Delivery Process Development
Work with service providers, third party vendors, customers and all stakeholders to ensure they understand the BM & SD solutions and processes and its importance to IT operations.
Coach and mentor IT staff to grow in their position, develop their skills and future potential, and maintain a high knowledge in BM and SD.
Attends industry-related conferences to maintain and enhance level of expertise and possibly present at said conferences
Design new, or improve, existing Business Management and Solutions Delivery processes through industry best practices that meet Business and IT objectives and comply with The Co-operators' policy and audit requirements.

Knowledgeable of major Solution Delivery, Service Management and Business Process Management (BPM) technical platforms and solutions.
Proven experience in multiple IT disciplines (such as Program/Project Management, Demand/Capacity management, Audit Framework, IT operations, technical architecture, systems and network management, Agile software development, information analysis) in a multi-tier environment. Competencies
