We are looking for a passionate, dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operation and administration of the terminal.
You are leader driven to achieve outstanding results, while enforcing a culture of safety and quality service at all times. You are a self-starter who promotes teamwork amongst diverse groups of staff and maintain positive interactions, while providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation in support of individual performance objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years’ experience managing a passenger transportation terminal, preferably in the marine industry
- Demonstrated experience in implementing strategic initiatives within a diverse workforce unionized and non-unionized workforce
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing large operating and capital budgets
